We endure to the end. It is not a competitive race with anyone, not even ourselves. It is life. Given by the love of an almighty creator. With light given to guide and show us patterns of happiness. We don't earn either the light or life. We are only to choose to walk in the light or not.

3. Feeling pain, impatience, frustration, loneliness, isolation, betrayal, forsaken, overwhelmed, uncertainty, and unwanted are not evidence of any wrongdoing on your part. It is a reality that this life is full of 'unjust' feelings that attack us to our very core through no fault of our own. True we can sometimes contribute to their presence, but it is not a requirement. Afterall, our beautiful Savior did nothing to bring upon Him such awful effects except He chose to continue in the light.

4. There are those around us who love us, truly love us. In times of trial we should be near them, touch them, share our thoughts with them. Proximity or nearness are powerful physical states that affect our spirits. Our Father made us physically in such a way as to most effectively respond spiritually to our environment. Why else would our spirits feel the uplift, such as in the temple, without any need for words. We are built to respond to physical settings and encounters. The physical when done correctly, rejuvenates the spirit. It may be better to say it facilitates spiritual recharging.

OK, waxing on a little bit too much.
Love you.
Dad

DadErikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01519977073110834732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2110930107925371207.post-58598666979487364202012-04-01T19:30:49.962-07:002012-04-01T19:30:49.962-07:00The first thing that came to my mind when I saw th...The first thing that came to my mind when I saw this was patience/waiting for the time when things will change. There have been so many times when I wanted a change that I didn't realize that the change I needed was to wait and move at a slower pace. It's never what I would have chosen, but it has always been what is best.

And, I just read down to your post about being happily married. I wouldn't trade being married for anything! It makes life so much better:)Joannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06062108884146706459noreply@blogger.com
